Anne Kennedy (Broker | Principal)
Anne is an active Keller Williams Operating Principal, multiple franchise investor, real estate broker, investor and instructor, and licensed architect. She graduated with a B.S. in Architecture with Honors from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo and an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley, Haas School of Business. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California. She is a member of numerous local Boards of Realtors, including those in San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Napa, Marin and the East Bay, as well as the California and National Association of Realtors. She is a licensed Architect in the State of California.
Experience: Anne built her sales business quickly and successfully by following the proven lead-generation models and systems at Keller Williams Realty, and expanded it through developing strong relationships with clients and business referral partners who find her personal warmth and unique skills highly valuable. Clients benefit from her extensive experience in real estate sales, which includes over 250 transactions personally closed in the past fifteen years as well as from her experience as the Broker of Record for Keller Williams Peninsula Estates, Keller Williams San Francisco and Keller Williams Napa Valley. In this role she oversees contract review, risk management, agent training, licensing compliance and dispute negotiation and resolution. She has broad experience across all residential property types, from single-family to multi-unit, owner-occupied to bank-owned. She has represented buyers, sellers, lessors, lessees, investment groups and institutions. Anne has been the Operating Principal of Keller Williams Peninsula Estates since 2012 and an officer and investor in two additional Market Centers and two Business Centers. She is co-owner of Keller Williams San Francisco which launched in 2016 and now has three locations and over 120 agents.
Teaching: Anne teaches investing in real estate regularly and with great passion to agents, their clients, and members of the public, to help them learn how to acquire real estate in order to build personal wealth and financial security. She and her husband own and manage multiple investment properties in two states

She is relentless in her drive to stay on top of market activity and values, as well as of the external forces at the local, state and federal levels that affect them, such as the economy, actions by regulatory, legislative and judicial agencies and, these days, the banks. Anne has an extensive network of high quality real estate consultants to refer clients to for legal, tax, lending, insurance, property management and construction advice and services.
Joshua is a proud Eagle Scout and Scout Leader within his community, an achievement and service he continues to recognize as being a fundamental building block to his success today. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business, received his MBA in Marketing and Finance, and earned his Project Management Professional (PMP®) and Six Sigma Black Belt license and advanced certification.
After completing his education, Joshua joined the military as an Officer with the U.S. Army. He served in the Special Operations community, traveled the world, and visited 49 states and 34 countries. Following his service, Joshua utilized his strategic leadership training and skills to expand his career, and entered the Oil/Gas industry. He followed the dynamic change with a further expansion and transitioned into the robust healthcare sector as a Senior Executive, a role which allowed him to build thriving businesses, mentor, educate and train future leaders, as well as serve patient communities across the country.
Joshua left his tenure in healthcare to pursue his passion further, creating a business to serve his community and partner with the largest real estate brokerage in the World, Keller Williams, to begin a practice in Marin County. By combining his scouting and military values with his organizational healthcare experience, Joshua serves, mentors and supports individuals and families within his local and global community to buy, sell or invest in real estate property. As the natural disaster director in Marin County, he combines his unique in-depth knowledge of the county to help buyers and sellers in ways that are unimaginable to most.
Katie O’Kelly is a California native and was born and raised in Sacramento, CA. Upon graduating from Western Washington University with a Bachelors of Arts in Economics and Sociology, Katie crossed the country to work as a Catering and Premium Event Services Manager in Memphis, TN at the University of Memphis. Her passion for working with others and seeing their ideas and goals come to life brought her true happiness and fulfillment in her position as an event planner. Katie thrived off of the energetic and brisk pace that comes with being an event planner and dedicated herself to each and every event that she helped plan and execute.
Outside of work, Katie spends her time hiking, traveling, and reading. Her greatest passion in life is to travel around the globe experiencing new cultures, histories, and ways of life.
Cody is a young professional with deep roots in California. Having grown up in Carmel, California, he attended the University of California at Los Angeles where he majored in Economics. Cody has had the opportunity to live in, and spend time in, some of the most beautiful areas California has to offer. Upon graduating from UCLA, Cody moved to San Francisco and began his career as a financial consultant and has demonstrated an unwavering dedication to understanding his clients’ needs and producing high quality results. He has been seen not only as a dynamic leader but also someone who works tirelessly to get the job done. Cody currently resides in the Marina district in San Francisco. He has spent a significant amount of time in and around San Francisco familiarizing himself with the many communities and neighborhoods.
Cody takes pride in connecting with his clients and establishing a strong relationship built on honesty and trust. He is very approachable and personable and will dedicate his time to understand his clients’ needs and deliver results that will exceed expectations.
